To conscientiously put into practice the resolutions of the 16th CPC National Congress, the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of 16th CPC Central Committee, the Conference on Economic Work held by the CPC Central Committee, the important remarks by Hu Jintao, General Secretary of CPC Central Committee, during his inspection in Guangdong, the Sixth Plenary Session of the 9th CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and the Second Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Zhongshan City Committee;
